This webinar will provide an overview of the TEFAP ordering process and what factors are considered by FNS when offering entitlement and bonus products, opening catalogs and selecting delivery periods, approving orders, and monitoring funds balances. We will also discuss best practices and tools for monitoring and managing TEFAP inventories.

Meet the Speaker:

Shenique Bridges, Chief, Household Operations Branch, Food Distribution DivisionUSDA Food and Nutrition Service 

Shenique began her Federal career in 2014 as a Program Specialist in the FNS Southeast Regional Office before coming to the FNS Food Distribution Division in 2015 in the Child Nutrition Operations Branch and in March 2020 started her role as the Chief of the Household Operations Branch. Prior to joining USDA, Shenique worked in various capacities with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in the Bureau of Food Distribution. In Florida, she managed the ordering and inventory management of USDA Foods for more than 13 years.
