| Industry Comment RequestThe Agricultural Marketing Service has issued a draft specification for the Federal Purchase Program Specification for Grilled Chicken Fillet, October 2017.  This draft proposes a new fully cooked, unbreaded chicken fillet made with whole muscle breast meat. We appreciate industry’s feedback on this draft, and have additional questions for the following sections: 
                                  Section 110 - What portion size is offered commercially to achieve  a 2.0 oz creditable portion for NSLP - is 2.75 to 3.0 oz a reasonable target?Section 584 – How does the proposed 350mg /100g sodium upper limit compare with commercial product?
