Frequently Asked Questions

If I already registered, do I need to register again? 

No, if you have not contacted ACDA to cancel your registration, we will transfer your registration and refund you the difference. 

If I cancel my registration will I get a full refund? 

Yes, while we encourage you to attend the virtual conference, ACDA is providing full refunds.

Will I still obtain CE (continuing education) credits? 

Yes, we will be offering CE credits for sessions attended online. 

What will the Virtual Conference look like?

The virtual conference will consist of online presentations, interactive Q&A sessions with the presenters, downloadable session material, and on-demand session capabilities. 

How do I access the Virtual Conference platform?

Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to the conference platform. 

Once I receive my email, how do I get in to the conference?

Each attendee will receive an email containing a link to view the event. In the email, click on "View Event Details". This will take you to the Log-in page where you can enter the following log-in information: 

Email Address

Password: Enter your Order number from your Ticket email

Once you have logged in, you will be directed to your Profile. Here you can view the events that you are registered for. Click on "Events" in the left navigate bar and you will see the ACDA Annual Conference. Click on the ACDA Annual Conference Event. 

This will take you to the conference page. 

Once on this page, you can navigate to the Agenda and create your own schedule. 

What happens on the day of the conference? What do I do?

On October 20th, the conference platform will open up. You can navigate to the conference page using the link in your Ticket email. A new hyperlink will show on the conference page that says "Enter Event", click this link. 

Once the conference portal is live, you will have access to more features have the ability to update your profile with additional information about you and how you plan to interact with other attendees during the event.
