Processing

To develop and update annually a uniform Processing Agreement, to make recommendations to Board of Directors on processing issues and proposed regulations, and to act as liaison between various USDA offices involved with processing and the Association.

The following Guidance Materials are still under review and will be posted shortly:
1. Processor Guidance for Fee for Service and Net Off Invoice (with Sample Agreements for Processor Contracted Distributors for FFS and for NOI)
2. RA Guidance for Processing for Fee for Service and Net Off Invoice (with Sample Agreement for RA Contracted Distributors for FFS and for NOI) as well as some general procurement guidelines.
