Each year, ACDA sponsors a national conference that is unique among other association events. In addition to vast educational and networking opportunities, the ACDA conference convenes in the spirit of cooperation among its members and focuses on strengthening the USDA Food Distribution Programs in every sector across the country. 

2020 Annual Conference: Call for Presentations!

Seattle, Washington - April 27-30, 2020 

The American Commodity Distribution Association announces its Call for Presentations for the 2020 ACDA Annual Conference in Seattle, Washington. You are invited to submit a presentation proposal or suggest speakers for breakout sessions or pre-conference sessions that address important issues facing administrators and stakeholders of the USDA Food Distribution Programs. Submission Guidelines

All proposals should include the following:

  • Engaging program format that involves the audience and stimulates discussion
  • Qualified presenters with expertise/experience in the subject matter
  • Presentations will be reviewed for relevance and purpose to provide a balanced educational program

Scholarship Opportunities for 2020!

Up to 15 scholarships will be available for the 2020 ACDA conference in Seattle, WA. Scholarships can cover conference registration, hotel, transportation, and airfare depending upon need. 

Scholarship applications will be accepted through Wednesday, November 27, 2019. All applications must be submitted electronically using the below link. 

Scholarship recipients will be notified in January of award.
